P90X take three

My workout woes:

My weak upper body.
My lack of ability to run more then a mile continuously.
That I'm not as strong as the average person.

This is why I have chosen to really stick with P90X. . . again.

The first time I started it I was doing it with my friend Lauren at Union.

She's so much fun and we would grunt and yell at stupid Dominic for jumping so high and for so long. What a show off. We stopped though because it was the end of the school year and we had to study for finals, take finals, and pack. We did four days of p90X.

The second time I started it was with my dad during the first part of my vacation. My dad and I need to get into better shape and it is way easier to do this program if you have someone doing it with you. So we started it out. We did Pylometrics the first time (it's the hardest at of all of them and I wanted to prove to my Dad that if he could this he could do them all). We succeeded and felt wonderful about our success. However the next day we didn't do the next program because life got busy (we went to Knott's Berry Farm). The next day we went to the California science center and the Air Space museum and really felt our muscles. Going down stair and any incline.

This is a picture of the circling walkway from the museum to the IMAX theater. I felt bad for the people walking behind us, we were slow and were grunting in pain.

We didn't do anything else that week after that day.

However, this week I'm determined and so is my dad to do P90X. We even made a deal with each other. When we don't do P90X we have to give the other one a quarter.
We just finished day two of the lean program here are some shots from doing Cardiox.
Please remember: we are new at this and our form is horrible, we know that. This is for your viewing pleasure and not for you to critique us.

As one who witness the exercise program, (actually I "sit-nessed" it, because I sat and watched), you have pretty good form. Dad on the other hand, needs some more practice. Keep it up, and I will encourage dad to do the same after next week!
